AE5a Employ skilled facilitators to build long term relationships between urban groups and rural groups in the North Pennines.

AE5b Develop a forum for practitioners and participants in the process of widening engagement with nature and heritage in the North Pennines. 

AE5c Ensure funding mechanisms are in place to support open-ended relationship building and exchange and support the inclusion of voices of more marginalised individuals and groups in decision making
