There will always be evidence gaps which need filling in order for us all to have more confidence in the direction and priorities set in the Management Plan.
The evidence can be built through a mixture of internal research projects and partnering and collaborating with external organisations such as universities, government bodies, NGOs, and private companies. Sometimes questions will be answered with the help of citizen scientists, including farmers, land managers, local residents and digital volunteers.
The lists of key research interests listed here relate to the Nature Recovery section of this plan. This list will be updated regularly and its scope expanded to other areas of our management plan. We invite collaboration from all quarters to help us further this research.
